2. Disputes & Chargebacks
Opening a dispute or chargeback may result in being permanently blacklisted from future purchases or access to any products.
3. Voucher Deadline
The voucher must be provided within 12 hours of receiving the product. Failure to do so will void any warranties or support.
4. Voucher Requirement
A valid voucher is required for any replacement or support. No voucher means no replacement or support.
5. Rockstar Accounts
For Rockstar accounts, we recommend changing the email associated with the account right after purchase. We do not control the stability of temporary Rockstar accounts.
6. FiveM Products
Once processed, orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, even if you’ve ordered the wrong item. Please double-check your order before completing it.
7. Invalid Product Keys
If a product key is invalid, it can be replaced, but this is subject to the supplier’s approval.
8. Account Warranty
Rockstar, Discord, and Steam accounts come with a 1-hour warranty.
9. Authorized Sellers
Be cautious of sellers outside of our store. Only authorized staff (managers with the Buy Access role) are permitted to sell our products.
10. Verified Reseller Status
We are an authorized reseller for all the products we offer.
11. User Issues
Issues related to user error or misuse cannot be refunded or replaced.
